What is Foundayo?

Foundayo (orforglipron) is a prescription-only, once-daily tablet for weight management in adults, used alongside a reduced-calorie diet and more activity. Unlike other GLP-1 tablets, it can be taken at any time of day, with or without food.2

A clinician reviews your assessment before anything is prescribed, and is there if you have questions along the way.

How does Foundayo work?

  • A different kind of GLP-1. Orforglipron acts on the same GLP-1 receptor as semaglutide, but it's a small-molecule medicine rather than a peptide. That's why it doesn't need an empty stomach to be absorbed.1
  • Hunger turns down. For many people that means less hunger between meals and feeling full sooner, so eating less takes less effort.
  • Digestion slows. It slows how quickly your stomach empties, so food stays with you longer.
  • Your changes do the rest. It supports changes to how you eat and move rather than replacing them, which is what helps results hold.

How do I use Foundayo?

  1. Pick a time. Any time of day works. Choose one you'll remember.2
  2. Food or no food. There's no need to fast or wait before eating.2
  3. Follow your plan. Your dose steps up over time. Don't change it without talking to your clinician.
  4. Keep it in the pack. Store tablets in their original packaging, as the leaflet explains.

Missed a dose? Check your leaflet or ask your clinician. Don't take two doses to make up for one.

How does Foundayo compare with other options?

Figures are average weight loss at the highest dose in each medicine's main trial, alongside diet and activity. They come from different trials in different people, so they aren't a direct ranking. The one direct comparison: when tirzepatide (Mounjaro) and injected semaglutide (Wegovy) were tested head to head over 72 weeks, average weight loss was 20.2% and 13.7%.6

Both. We’re a CQC-registered clinic that happens to live online. Every prescription is signed off by a registered clinician, not an algorithm.
No. Plain brown packaging, no Manova branding, no clue what’s inside. Sent to a home or pickup address, your call.
Then they say no, and you don’t get charged. They might suggest a safer alternative, more tests, or refer you back to your GP. We’d rather lose a customer than push the wrong pill.
No. There’s no contract and no minimum term.
It isn’t, really. The same medicines, prescribed by registered clinicians to the same standards. We’re just faster to get hold of, and a lot less awkward to talk to about the things on this page.
