Cookie policy

Last updated: 5 October 2026

Cookies are small files that a website stores on your device, or reads from it. Similar technologies, such as local storage, do the same thing. Some are needed to make a website work; others measure how a site is used or support advertising.

What we use

Our website at manova.co and your patient account use strictly necessary cookies only. These do things like keep the site secure, keep you logged in, and remember what you have entered as you move through a page. Without them the site and your account would not work properly.

We do not currently use analytics, advertising or social media cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.

Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003, strictly necessary cookies do not require your consent, so you will not see a cookie banner on our site today.

Our patient platform, used for assessments, checkout and your account, may set further cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work, such as keeping you signed in.

If this changes

If we add cookies that are not strictly necessary — for example to measure how the website is used, or for advertising — we will update this page first and ask for your consent through a banner before any of them are set, unless the law allows us to use them without consent. Where consent applies, refusing will be as easy as accepting, and you will be able to change your mind at any time.

Controlling cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or browse privately so they are cleared when you close the window. Each browser is different, so check its help pages. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of our website or your account working. The ICO’s guidance on cookies has more general information.

We will update this policy whenever the cookies we use change. Questions: [email protected], or Manova Health Limited, Business First, Northlight Parade, Brierfield, Nelson, BB9 5EG.
